take a break.

we designed studio mora as our safe space to take a breath, create and be at peace. we invite you to take moment for yourself, whether that means laughing out loud or being completely silent. our space is yours to occupy, judgment-free, for a moment of self indulgence and transformation, as we see tatooing not only as a cosmetic choice but one deeply rooted in self-expression and connection to ourselves.
welcome :)

I got my first tattoos at 18 and had a few bad experiences, so when I started tattooing in 2022 at the age of 23, I immediately made it a point of honor to put my clients at ease, to give them the space they need to feel listened to and non-judgmental. Today, my practice is based on genuine exchange and the development of a project that is often created between my client and myself. My goal is to create a work that resonates with you, both artistically and personally. In addition to tattooing, I am a lawyer and also work in a communications agency as a creative and strategic coordinator.

i started getting tattoos at 26 and it was a healing experience for me, a way to reconnect with myself and reappropriate my own body. after getting over 40 tattoos in four years, i thought it was about time i became my own tattoo artist :) in sessions, i try to create the transformative and safe spirit that made me fall in love with tattooing in the first place. i've been tattooing innocent designs in handpoke and machine since february 2024. i also like to mix in typography in my work, since i work as a poet and animator as well.

Oanell

Hello, everyone! My name is Oanell, and I’ve been doing handpoke tattoos (without a machine) for about three years. I studied illustration and costume design before getting into tattooing. My style is a mix of abstract and organic shapes, along with small creatures or contemplative characters. I particularly enjoy finding a balance between clean lines and the dotted textures that hand-poked tattooing allows. I’m mainly inspired by figurines and symbols in all their forms and origins, children’s illustration, and the graphic and abstract forms found in nature.

Creating a special, gentle, and pleasant experience for my clients is a priority for me, no matter what that means for each person. I tattoo my flash designs and custom projects—whether drawn in advance or freehand on the day of the appointment. Outside of tattooing, I’m also an illustrator and costume assistant for a circus company, so I only tattoo on Sundays and Mondays.

Mnemosyne

My name is Emma. I was born under the Mediterranean sun almost 35 years ago, and I’ve been living under Brussels’ capricious skies for 14 years now. I’ve been doing hand-poke tattoos for 5 years.I chose this technique for the peace and calm it brings, and the delicate, handcrafted look it produces. My visual style revolves around more or less abstract forms—a sort of botanical alphabet, unique constellations, and ornamental patterns.

Peau Bleus

Before becoming a tattoo artist, I was (and still am) an illustrator, but above all, a social worker. I’ve always created things. I studied photography for three years at ARBA, then explored ceramics and art therapy. I keep sketchbooks filled with simple, everyday moments. They’re the kind we often overlook. But simple things can be beautiful and precious, right?

Engaged and politically aware, I’m constantly questioning the society we live in. My drawings are often naïve, because maybe we’re not allowed to be anymore. Simple lines, complicated feelings.A gentle, welcoming and judgment-free space is essential to me for every session. Here, you’ll be listened to, but more importantly, heard.Illustrative, naïve, queer, poetic, soft, authentic, subtle, engaged, delicate, funny, unique and sensitive.

If that speaks to you, come find me at the studio :)
